Coeur de feu is a collaborative set of projects headed by Nathan Isberg.
Nathan's professional career as a chef spans over twenty years in contexts ranging from fine dining to cooking in the most remote parts of Canada's north. Since moving to Toronto from the West Coast in 2004, He has headed some of Toronto's best reviewed and inventive restaurants: Czehoski, Coca, The Atlantic, and Awai.
In addition to these, Nathan continues to push the conventions of the culinary arts through site-specific dinners and installations.
